Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced Procurement professional for our Residential Hotel project in Cox’s Bazar.
Plan and execute recruitment for all hotel departments.
Procure goods and services as per approved requisitions.
Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and obtain approvals.
Negotiate price, quality, delivery, and payment terms with suppliers.
Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Develop and maintain an updated vendor database.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure policy compliance.
Coordinate with store to monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock.
Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and reconciliation of delivered goods.
Coordinate with hotel departments for timely supply of operational materials.
Ensure procurement within budget and prepare cost and procurement reports.
Perform any other department related duties assigned by the Departmental Head.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Motel, Resort, Restaurant, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 32 years
Only Male
Job Location Cox’s Bazar.
Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
Must be a non-smoker.
Capable to serve under pressure.
Dedicated, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Polite with fervent attitude.
