- Job Responsibilities
- 1. Oversee daily restaurant operations (dine-in, takeout, delivery).
- 2. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- 3. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- 4. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- 5. Train employees.
- 6. Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage.
- 7. Supervise, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
- 8. Handle employee issues and enforce company policies.
- 9. Manage budgets and control operational costs.
- 10. Monitor daily sales and expenses.
- 11. Handle cash management and financial reporting.
- 12. Optimize profitability through cost control and revenue strategies.
- 13. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- 14. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- 15. Maintain a welcoming and positive dining environment.
- 16. Build customer loyalty and community relationships.
- 17. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.
- 18. Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships.
- 19. Reduce waste and control food costs.
- 20. Plan promotions and special events.
- 21. Support social media and local marketing efforts.
