Job Description / Responsibility
- Main Responsibilities are to increase the sales and improve the customer service.
- Assisting with daily front desk operation such as Check-inn and Check-out, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries or complaints and updating records.
- Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Hostel.
- Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests.
- Consult with daily visitor and complete the booking process.
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
- Processing guest payments.
- Provides services for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Any other task assign by supervisor/management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
- Diploma in Hotel Management in Hospitality Management
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Hotel, Resort, Hostel
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 32 years
- Candidate should be presentable.
- Applicants must have good English efficiency.
- Front Desk Management.
