Job Description / Responsibility
- Actively manage all operational aspects of the branch: front office, housekeeping, food quality, billing, payments, and guest services.
- Identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop strategic plans for revenue generation.
- Supervise and guide front office staff in check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservation handling.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of room cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure daily visitor and booking tracking is maintained accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with in-house guests to ensure high service standards and overall satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and expansion strategies.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners for continuous business flow.
- Implement staff training programs to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints and grievances with professionalism.
- Supervise staffing levels and ensure optimal manpower allocation.
- Lead, train, and oversee the front desk team for performance and excellence.
- Ensure the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the entire branch at all times.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Hotel Management in Hospitality Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Hostel, Hotel, Resort
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Must be fluent in English & Bangla (both spoken and written).
- Strong sales and client acquisition skills.
- Must be a hotelier by mindset and profession.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure.
- Confident to stand for what’s right and act as a true team leader.
