Job Description / Responsibility

Handle airline reservations, ticketing, re-issuance, and refunds through GDS.
Provide accurate flight information, fare details, and travel advice to customers.
Ensure proper application of airline fare rules and ticketing policies.
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and schedule updates.
Communicate with airlines and customers to resolve ticketing issues.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
Provide professional customer service and support to clients.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Airline

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the travel industry
Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
Good understanding of fare rules & IATA regulations
Excellent English communication & customer service skills
