Job Description / Responsibility
  • Handle air ticket reservations, reissuance, refund, and revalidation using Sabre and Galileo GDS systems.
  • Issue domestic and international air tickets accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide fare quotations, flight options, and travel advice to clients.
  • Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and schedule changes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate booking records.
  • Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for special requests and group bookings.
  • Resolve customer queries related to flight schedules, baggage policies, and fare rules.
  • Monitor airline updates, fare changes, and travel policies regularly.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and reservation records.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain client satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Travel Startup, Tour Operator
