Job Description / Responsibility

Job context:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Accounts Operator.
Job Location: 336,RAHMAN MANSION 3RD FLOOR Reazuddin Bazar, Chattogram
Job Responsibilities:
Operate accounting software such as Troyee, Tally, and other ERP/accounting systems
Maintain daily sales, purchase, and stock entries
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and financial reports
Manage accounts receivable & payable
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary
Bachelor/Honors
Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Market Research Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Additional Job Requirements

Experience in Troyee and Tally software (mandatory)
Knowledge of other accounting software will be an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in similar position
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
