Job Description / Responsibility

Daily petty Cash maintain.
Prepare Cash Book and bank book.
Prepare Bank reconciliation statements daily.
Checking Bills for payments complying with TDS and VDS.
Preparing Cheques to make the payments.
Processing all sorts of Bank Payments, including related correspondence.
Preparing Vouchers & other Reports in support of the Financial Statements.
Filing & Keeping Records properly.
Comply with the provision of the Income Tax Ordinance 1984, VAT Act 2012.
Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushok - 9.1) and other related documents.
Preparing expense reports as required by management.
Prepare Challan for TDS & VDS monthly return submission to the Tax authority.
Assist to prepare monthly, quarterly, and final accounts.
Work on LC, Bank Guarantee, Performance Guarantee, and other foreign trade-related issues.
Ensure record keeping of all transactions and ensure accurate provisioning.
Any other job related to finance and accounts as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint, also in Accounting Software, Tax, VAT and Corporate law etc.
Candidate should have interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, Continuous learning attitude, ownership attitude etc.
