Job Description / Responsibility
- Execute, monitor and manage all Books of Accounts through Tally Software as well as register.
- Maintain close liaison with Bank, NBR and other govt. agencies.
- Maintain all Books of Accounts (Sales, SO, DO, Receivables Etc.)
- Manage and monitor all inventory record through tally software with proper inventory mgt. system
- Maintaining financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
- Develop and control a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively managed.
- Ensure transactions duly comprised and classified in the ledger to aid in preparing the financial statements.
- Ensure proper compliance as per the Bangladesh Income Tax Law and VAT Act.
- Developing and controlling a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively managed.
- Ensure preparation and submission of VAT Return and maintain VAT books.
- Manage all VAT related queries and filings in the right manner.
- Ensuring monthly TDS & VDS deduction properly deposit through challan to govt exchanges.
- Providing TDS certificates deducted from suppliers.
- Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT/Tax. rules & regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
- Ensuring the measures that comply with all fiscal laws including Company Law.
- Monitor Inventory Management.
- Ensure receiving and delivering materials properly as per documents.
- Preparing Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory reports.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Textile
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Accounts Management Software,
- Petty Cash management,
- Tax (VAT/Customs Duty/Income Tax),
- Progressive experience in Customs & VAT. Preferably in a large manufacturing company.
- Must have strong communication skill in English, both written and verbal.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and especially Excel.
- High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skill.
- Able to work independently.
- The candidate must be self-motivated & independently handling Accounts related work of the company.
