Job Description / Responsibility
- Record and process payment vouchers
- Process vendor payments
- Ensure proper recording of VAT and tax transactions
- Maintain documentation, recording, and follow-up
- Prepare and process online challans/payments
- Manage voucher filing and documentation
- Perform data entry through integrated software and manual posting (where required)
- Process admin and other expense approvals and payments
- Adjust advances and settlements
- Conduct bank, vendor, purchase, and stock reconciliations
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
