Job Description / Responsibility

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Officer to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations, a strong grasp of statutory compliance, and the ability to maintain impeccable financial records in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, ensuring all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee timely payments to vendors and follow up on outstanding invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and inter-company reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
Tax & Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of VAT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Payroll Processing: Support the HR/Finance department in processing monthly payroll and managing employee reimbursements.
Reporting: Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and coordination for internal and external audits.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Additional Job Requirements

2–3 years of proven experience in a corporate accounting role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high level of integrity, and excellent communication skills for dealing with stakeholders.
