Job Description / Responsibility
  • Employment Type: Full-time (Roster Duty)
  • Job Location: Biomed Pharmacy, 152/2-H, Eastern Dolon, Bir Uttam Kazi Nuruzzaman Road, West Panthapath, Dhaka 1215
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage GRN (Goods Received Note) accurately
  • Prepare purchase invoices, delivery challans & Purchase order.
  • Maintain stock entry and supplier ledger
  • Assist in daily accounts entries (cash, bank, expenses)
  • Reconcile supplier statements and pending bills
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing system
  • Assist shop and Pharmacy section in accounts management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in pharmacy / retail / hospital / healthcare accounts preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting software & MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of GRN process
  • Basic accounting knowledge
