Job Description / Responsibility

Job Location: Fantasy Kingdom Complex, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and in-house channels to promote resort offerings.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for rooms, events, and resort services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Identify, approach, and manage potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and tour operators.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, and marketing metrics to ensure business targets are met.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with operations, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and client events.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and periodic sales reports.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hospitality Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality Management

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Amusement Park, Hotel, Motel, Resort
