Job Description / Responsibility

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman.
Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential documents and maintain records properly.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Arrange meetings, travel schedules, and official events.
Follow up on important tasks and ensure timely completion.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE)

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements
