Job Description / Responsibility

- Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Web Developer with strong expertise in Python and Node.js to join our remote engineering team.
- This role is ideal for a backend-focused developer who is also comfortable working with modern frontend frameworks and performance-driven marketing websites. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, APIs, landing page systems, and backend architectures that support high-volume lead generation campaigns in the U.S. market.
- This is a night-shift remote role aligned with U.S. business hours.
- Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (BD Time)
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Full-Stack Web Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and/or Node.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Build and maintain high-converting marketing websites and landing pages.
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- 2. Backend Engineering (Core Focus)
- Develop server-side logic using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask preferred) or Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred).
- Implement secure authentication, data validation, and business logic.
- Integrate third-party APIs and marketing platforms.
- Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- 3. Database & Infrastructure
- Design and manage databases, especially PostgreSQL (MongoDB is preferred) and relational databases.
- Write optimized queries and ensure proper indexing.
- Work with Docker for containerization and deployment environments (preferred).
- Collaborate on cloud-based deployment workflows.
- 4. Front-End Collaboration
- Develop or modify frontend components using HTML5, CSS3, Typescript.
- Work with modern frameworks such as React.
- Ensure responsive, mobile-first, and SEO-friendly implementations.
- 5. Performance & Optimization
- Optimize websites for speed, security, and conversions.
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues.
- Maintain code quality through testing and version control (Git).
- 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, and tracking teams.
- Support campaign tracking implementation and performance monitoring.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,University of Dhaka,BRAC University,North South University students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, E-commerce Startup, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Core Technical Requirements (Must Have)
- Strong professional experience in Python and/or Node.js (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of backend architecture and API development
- Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL is essential, MongoDB preferred)Experience with Golang, Redis, NATS, Kubernetes, AWS, Digitalocean
- Strong proficiency in Typescript, HTML5, CSS3Experience with Git-based workflows
- Understanding of web security best practices
- Experience building scalable production applications
- Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
- Experience with MongoDB in production environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Experience in high-traffic or performance marketing environments
