Job Description / Responsibility

Proactive Telesales: Reach out to potential leads and existing customers to promote our products/services .
Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls and messages with a professional, helpful, and friendly attitude.
Relationship Building: Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that lead to long-term loyalty.
Lead Management: Maintain and update customer records in our database with high accuracy.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints or technical issues efficiently while looking for upsell opportunities.
Quality Assurance: Consistently maintain high standards of communication and call etiquette, ensuring every interaction aligns with company quality benchmarks and brand values.

Educational Requirements

Stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 35-50 Mbps).
