Job Description / Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound customer support through phone, email, live chat, and social media
Manage customer inquiries via phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website chat
Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales
Provide accurate product information and proper guidance
Maintain regular follow-up for order confirmation and customer satisfaction
Maintain organized customer data and sales records
Coordinate with delivery team for timely order processing
Handle complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
Prepare daily sales reports and communication records
Support sales campaigns, promotional offers, and special events
Face-to-face sales, telemarketing, quality control, and counseling support

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Clinic, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, E-commerce
