Call Center Executive (Sales & Social Media Handling)

Job Description / Responsibility

Manage and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on company social media pages.
Identify and hunt potential clients through social media, phone calls, and online platforms.
Communicate with prospects and invite interested clients to visit the office for further discussion.
Explain company services/products clearly and handle client queries professionally.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into confirmed clients.
Close sales deals and maintain good relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets set by management.
Maintain records of leads, calls, and client interactions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Only Female
Female, Minimum height 5.3 ft. and Good looking, smart, and presentable.
Basic knowledge of Facebook page management and social media communication.
1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (Banking sector, Telecommunication (Bangla link/Robi/GP experience preferred)
Knowledge of CRM Software.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good computer skills in MS Office
