- Archaic Architects Ltd. is looking for an efficient Executive - Customer Care & Business Development in the Customer Relationship Department.

- Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for looking after client queries, product promotion activities, Counseling Clients, arranging corporate sales meetings, telemarketing activities to create customer relationships, site visits with clients, daily sales reporting to superiors, and communicating with related government./ private stakeholders attend local fairs/events for Business developments.
- Suggesting products that meet clients` needs and informing clients about product details.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Managing existing & potential customers through regular client visits & follow-up.
- Building an effective relationship with the client & maintain the client database in a proper way.
- Capacity to assess the customer`s needs and what he actually wants, start the negotiation process accordingly and finalize the deal under consultation with higher authority.
- Perform digital marketing activities through social media & other ways as well.
- To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

- Excellent speaking and writing skills in both Bengali and English
- Good communication & Negotiation skills
- Have a strong personality, positive attitude, and data management ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed).
- Computer Literacy:
- Microsoft Office Program, Microsoft Project Management, Internet, and Email.
