Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking qualified and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support team for a USA-based process.
- Position Details
- Process: USA (B2B & B2C Customer Support)
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Hours: 7:45 PM – 5:00 AM (Rotational, 6 days a week)
- Location: Shyamoli, Dhaka (Beside Shyamoli Square)
- Role Overview
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring efficient issue resolution while maintaining service excellence and adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions via voice, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Address customer queries and complaints with accuracy, empathy, and resolution focus.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, processes, and support tools.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records within CRM systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases in accordance with established protocols.
- Meet and maintain key performance indicators including CSAT, AHT, FCR, SLA adherence, and quality benchmarks.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Higher Secondary
- Graduate / Higher Secondary (HSC) / A-Level
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, IT Enabled Service, Overseas Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 35 years
- 1+ year of experience in International Campaign or customer support (Freshers with excellent English skills are encouraged to apply).
- Graduate / Higher Secondary (HSC) / A-Level·
- Both Male/Female candidates can apply.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Motivated, punctual, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
