Job Description / Responsibility

Role Overview
The CX Executive will ensure timely and professional communication with customers across digital and telephonic channels while supporting customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries across social media platforms
Handle inbound calls efficiently
Make outbound calls for follow-ups and push sales
Maintain response time and service quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Support customer engagement and retention initiatives

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years

Strong English communication skills
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
Strong teamwork and coordination skills
Candidates with personal vehicles will be given preference
Sales-oriented mindset with conversion ability
1-3 Experience in customer service or call center operations
