Job Description / Responsibility

Aurora Specialized Hospital, a renowned healthcare institution in Dhaka, is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Patient Care Attendant (PCA). This role is essential in supporting doctors and nurses while ensuring quality patient care and smooth hospital operations.
Location: 19/1 Kakrail, Dhaka-1000
Employment Type: Full Time (Roster Basis)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and movement
Support doctors and nurses in patient care and ward management
Help move patients using wheelchairs or stretchers when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the ward
Provide support and care to elderly, disabled, and sick patients
Follow hospital rules, policies, and duty schedules

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in any hospital environment ,Experience as Ward Boy / PCA will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
Must have hospital work experience (minimum 2 years)
Able to work in rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
Physically fit, honest, and hardworking
Patient-friendly and respectful behavior
Basic knowledge of patient handling and hospital environment
Ability to assist patients with care, movement, and daily needs
Polite and cooperative attitude with patients and hospital staff
