Job Description / Responsibility

Shift: Night Shift (10 PM – 8 AM)

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor/Honors
Higher Secondary School Certificate.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in English,Bangla, Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field from a reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 28 years
Only Male
1-2 years of experience preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply
Strong client service skills and professional attitude
Good computer literacy, including typing in Bengali and English
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and document handling
Understanding of accounting and auditing principles
Ability to handle confidential data with integrity
experience in customer support, call center, or as a virtual assistant is a plus
Strong listening skills and problem-solving mindset
