Job Description / Responsibility
  • We're hiring 15 call center executives to join our high-volume outbound sales team.
  • You'll be the front line of our client's sales pipeline—making 60-80 calls per shift, engaging prospects, handling objections, and booking qualified appointments for the European and US markets.
  • This is a fast-paced, performance-driven, role-based position.
  • What You'll Do
  • Execute 60-80 outbound dials per shift
  • Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation
  • Qualify prospects and book discovery/sales appointments
  • Handle objections confidently using trained techniques
  • Maintain accurate CRM disposition records after every call
  • Leave compelling voicemails that drive callbacks
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Telecommunication, E-commerce

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 20 to 40 years
  • Clear, professional phone presence
  • English C2+ level (Proficient)
