Job Description / Responsibility

MacroHealthPlus is inviting application from the potential candidates for the position of Software Implementation Executive for Health Software.
About the Role:
MacroHealthPlus is an Australian Software company is looking for young, dynamic and energetic Software Implementation Executive for their health-related software. As a dedicated person, you are responsible for customer services, arranging meetings, collecting contacts, ensuring sales, and overall meeting the sales target.
Key Responsibilities:
MHP (Healthcare) product Implementation onsite
Project planning, execution, and presentation
End User Training on software (Individual and Group)
Understanding of Customer Problems and give them proper support with resolution
Test the full functional process flow before implementing it at the customer end
Understand customer`s requirements and explain/ coordinate with project manager/ development head for functionality development.
Manage Customers Smartly with a cool-minded approach.
Prepare detailed documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and workflows.
Maintain project plans, schedules, and issue logs to ensure timely completion.
Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager as required.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Computer in Computer Science
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Male are encourage to apply who have pharmaceutical marketing experience
