Job Description / Responsibility
  • Lab Operations:
  • Perform testing and verify accuracy of results.
  • Conduct all tests as per SOPs or instructions from the Group Leader.
  • Handle sample breakdown, extraction, preparation, and instrumentation.
  • Maintain TAT as per company standards.
  • Maintain equipment performance, calibration records, and ensure PPE availability.
  • Manage stock records and notify superiors for replenishment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping in and around the lab.
  • Report discrepancies in test materials, methods, or equipment to the Group Leader.
  • Quality Management:
  • Maintain all QC parameters as per SOPs and guidelines.
  • Ensure 3Z standards: Zero defect, Zero delay, Zero complaints.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry
Experience Requirements
  • At most 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 0-3 Years of experience or above in the relevant industry.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply
  • Fluent in English and Bangla
  • Good communication skill.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Punctual and positive
