Job Description / Responsibility
  • A Reputed Private Commercial Bank is looking for dynamic and self-driven candidate with strong quantitative aptitude and to enhance consumer business.
  • Collect Agent`s profile & assist to brief Agent on his/her query. Also collaborate with Branch for Agent onboarding.
  • Popularize banking products and services under Agent Banking umbrella and educate channel partners.
  • Supervise and monitor Agent budget achievement.
  • Meet compliance & Agent network health checkup.
  • Assist & track channel complains and liaises with product management team.
  • Align with regional team for on-boarding and training new team members of Agent`s.
  • Ensure visibility of Agent Banking initiatives POSMs through proper channel monitoring.
  • Entertain, escalate and resolve ongoing operational challenges and query.
  • Comply with regulatory guideline and ensure compliance fulfillment.
  • Ensure smooth business transition.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 24 to 32 years
  • Only Male
  • 1-5 years in sales & distribution channel with back office experience, preferably in DFS/ Agent Banking/Telco/ MF
