Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: We are leading chemical manufacturing company actively engaged in the production of various basic chemicals, auxiliary chemicals, petrochemicals, and FMCG products. We are currently seeking dynamic and qualified Chemical Engineers to join our Production Departments. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective, and safe production.
Duty Pattern: Rotational shifts (Day, Evening, and Night).
Job Responsibilities:
Perform proper shift handover procedures with the outgoing shift engineer, including a detailed update on plant operations, and report to the Supervisor accordingly.
Ensure that regeneration processes are carried out in accordance with standard protocols.
Maintain regular communication with service departments (Electrical, Quality Assurance, Mechanical, Store, Delivery, etc.) to meet production requirements.
Supervise and guide process operators in their daily tasks while ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards.
Monitor and ensure timely product delivery in alignment with sales demands.
Identify and resolve process-related issues as and when required.
Manage plant start-up and shutdown procedures and perform related operational tasks.
Conduct routine and on-demand field visits for process monitoring and optimization.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Fuel/Petroleum, Group of Companies
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Age 22 to 35 years
Only Male
Candidates with experience in the chemical manufacturing (Continuous Process) industry will be given preference.
The ideal candidate must possess both physical and mental fitness to perform shift duties.
