Job Description / Responsibility

Regulatory Compliance & Legal Adherence
Buyer Compliance & Audit Management: Prepare the factory for and facilitate various compliance audits. This includes maintaining documentation and implementing standards for common frameworks such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, GRS, and OEKO-TEX .
Corrective Action Plans (CAP): Assist in developing, implementing, and following up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) derived from internal, buyer, or third-party audits to ensure timely closure of non-compliances .
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Conduct regular internal inspections of the factory premises, focusing on fire safety, electrical safety, building safety, PPE usage, chemical management (MRSL/RSL), and overall hygiene standards .
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain, update, and organize all compliance-related documents, registers, policies, licenses (e.g., trade license, boiler certificate), and certificates as required by law and buyers .
Worker Welfare & Training: Monitor worker welfare facilities, including canteen, dormitory (if applicable), and medical services. Organize and conduct training sessions for workers and staff on topics like fire safety, first aid, health awareness, and codes of conduct

Educational Requirements
