Job Description / Responsibility

Work independently with a high level of professionalism and accountability.
Collaborate effectively as a team member within the legal and administrative structure.
Demonstrate sound knowledge across multiple areas of law.
Provide well-reasoned legal opinions on various matters, including land and company issues.
Lead, supervise, and review the work of junior associates to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Law Firm

Additional Job Requirements

Must have 01 to 02 years working experience mainly related to the banking documentation.
Must have working experience in any Corporate Law Chamber.
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
Able to work in a team.
Well conversant with corporate documentation.
Must have adequate knowledge with computer.
Excellent writing skills in Bangla & English.
