Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Overview
  • The Executive – Legal will support the Legal Affairs Department in managing litigation, legal documentation, and regulatory matters. The role involves coordinating court cases, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and liaising with external stakeholders including banks and financial institutions. The incumbent will also assist in credit recovery matters and provide support in handling day-to-day legal affairs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate litigation matters in Judges’ Courts and Revenue Courts.
  • Draft, vet, and customize legal documents including agreements, MOU, NDA, and other legal instruments.
  • Conduct legal vetting of documents, correspondence, and other legal papers.
  • Liaise with banks and NBFIs regarding mortgage and other related legal issues.
  • Handle credit recovery and criminal matters related to retail business.
  • Provide support in regular legal affairs of the Legal Department.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Law (LLB)
  • Master of Law (LLM)
  • LL.B & LL.M from reputed public & private universities.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 Years of relevant experience
