Job Description / Responsibility
  • Handling legal matters under the NI Act and related cases.
  • Maintaining case files and records in an organized manner.
  • Preparing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents as required.
  • Drafting and sending letters or communications to government offices and visiting government offices when necessary.
  • Communicating and coordinating with external lawyers as required.
  • Following up on ongoing court cases, attending court proceedings when needed, and reporting updates to management.
  • Providing any other legal assistance or support required by the company management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Law (LLB)
  • Enrollment with the Bangladesh Bar Council is mandatory.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
