Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and manage overall production operations (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Packing).
Ensure production target achievement as per shipment plan.
Monitor daily production efficiency, line balancing & capacity planning.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Quality, Maintenance & Commercial teams.
Minimize rejection, rework & production wastage.
Implement lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure on-time shipment with required quality.
Maintain discipline, safety & factory compliance standards.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly production reports to management.
Ensure on-time shipment with line cost.
Have the ability to prepare the layout of the production.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years

Strong leadership & team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure & meet tight shipment deadlines.
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
