Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Compliance Officer to assist in maintaining a safe, ethical, and compliant working environment across our factories. The role requires strong attention to detail, understanding of social, environmental, and buyer compliance standards, and effective communication with auditors, workers, and management.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing factories for buyer and third-party compliance audits.
  • Conduct and follow up on audits related to GRS, RCS, GOTS, OCS, BWB, SEDEX, and WRAP standards.
  • Monitor implementation of compliance standards and ensure proper documentation.
  • Address and resolve worker and staff grievances effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and Labour Rules.
  • Maintain all compliance records, reports, and communication with buyers and auditors.
  • Conduct awareness sessions on fire safety, health, environmental, and social compliance.
  • Promote ethical practices and motivate employees to follow company rules and Code of Conduct.

Educational Requirements
  • Master’s Degree (preferably in Social Science, Management, or related field).
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Honest, energetic, and disciplined personality.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
