Job Description / Responsibility
  • Receive and verify booking information from PMC via ERP, ensuring all required details are accurate and complete.
  • Cross-check development/SP bookings with R&D and Lab to confirm approvals, submission status, and comments before production.
  • Coordinate PP meetings with merchants and production teams to identify risks and ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor yarn in-house status with Supply Chain and align material availability with T&A to avoid delays.
  • Prepare and circulate monthly fabric delivery, knitting, and dyeing plans; track weekly OTT performance.
  • Develop batch plans for dyeing and finishing to ensure efficient production flow and capacity utilization.
  • Coordinate with all departments to resolve production issues quickly and support necessary commercial decisions.
  • Ensure on-time throughput (OTT) and on-time delivery (OTD) by closely monitoring knitting, dyeing, and finishing progress.
  • Optimize resource utilization by managing yarn and fabric stock, reducing wastage, analyzing process loss, and supporting profitability improvement.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

  • Age At least 26 years
  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
