Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist to Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations` effectiveness with all applicable directives and regulations.
- Garments Order close (Yarn, knitting, Grey, Batch, Dyeing, Finish fabrics store, sewing -Finishing)
- Inventory Operation Accessories & Finish fabrics store.
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings with unusable Grey, Yarn, Accessories, finish fabrics adjustment.
- Daily line wise Sewing input & sewing output cross Check with Physical & ERP Report to calculation Line Balance.
- Style & Iron, Packing & Finishing will be closed when packing & finishing completed & all leftover qty [Reject or Good] received from Finishing Division based on order qty & cross check with ERP.
- Monthly Leftover Goods Inventory, A category goods adjustment & working sales Business.
- Facilitates Internal Audit Committee meeting.
- Maintain Daily and Monthly Audit Records of Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Warehouse (Finished Goods).
- Experience in maintaining Audit Report Through Prepare Job Closing and Order Closing Report of a specific knit garments order.
- Pre costing & post costing report final.
- Keep Audit Records on a daily and monthly basis of Additional Dept. Such as placement print, accessories store, outsourced works.
- Audit inventory and consumption of goods against issue and delivery challans.
- Present to MIS Team and Top Management production and Monthly each Dept. Production and closing state.
- Perform any other role assign by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- The candidate must have CA CC partly qualified is preferable
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 9 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 40 years
- Only Male
- Must have at least 7-9 years of experience in any Knitting Factory. (Please do not need to apply, those who have no previous experience in this field)
- Strong knowledge of knitting, including common defects and quality parameters.
- Familiarity with inspection methods and quality standards, including AQL.
- Excellent observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure.
