Executive - Payroll

Job Description / Responsibility

Process monthly payroll accurately through ERP.
Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
Ensure correct salary, allowance, deduction, and final settlement calculations.
Prepare payslips, bank advice, and payroll reports.
Regularly update ERP data and analyze HRIS to prevent payment leakage.
Submit various report to corporate office on time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 36 years
Expertise on Logic ERP will add extra value.
