Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Type: Full-time [9:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and Saturday 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm]

- Job Context:
- Rahman’s Chambers is a premier corporate and commercial law firm in Bangladesh, recognized for its work in international arbitration, government infrastructure, and mega-projects. We are seeking an experienced Manager of Web Infrastructure & Digital Communications to take full ownership of our digital footprint and IT operations.
- We are not looking for a general social media marketer. We need a seasoned technical professional who understands B2B corporate communications, server-side SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You will be the bridge between our highly complex legal data and the global search engines (Google, AI models).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Technical SEO & AI Visibility: Independently audit and implement advanced structured data (Schema.org/JSON-LD) to ensure AI engines and search algorithms perfectly index our complex legal case studies.
- Web Security & Infrastructure: Fully manage our Web Application Firewall (e.g., Cloudflare) to explicitly whitelist legitimate search engine bots and AI crawlers while maintaining strict security against malicious traffic.
- Directory Management & Syndication: Take ownership of uploading and optimizing our legal content across premium third-party directories and syndication platforms to maximize international backlinks.
- Corporate IT Operations: Oversee the day-to-day internal IT support for the legal team, ensuring strict data security, encrypted email communications, and smooth network operations.
- B2B Content Strategy: Work alongside the Department heads to format and publish high-end corporate pitch EOI, legal bulletins, and technical submissions for e-Government Procurement (e-GP) portals.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Law Firm
Additional Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in Technical SEO, Web Server Administration, or B2B Digital Infrastructure.
- Prior experience working for professional services (law firms, consulting firms, tech agencies) is highly preferred.
- Additional Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Google Search Console, robots.txt configuration, WAF management, and advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Excellent professional English writing skills—capable of formatting highly formal legal documents.
- Proven ability to work independently without technical supervision.
- Strict adherence to corporate confidentiality and legal data protection standards.
