Job Description / Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries related to garments and accessories via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide information about product details, availability, and pricing.
  • Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
  • Resolve complaints or issues related to products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, inventory, and logistics, to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Process customer orders and assist with tracking and delivery information.
  • Offer recommendations on garments and accessories based on customer preferences.
  • Keep updated on the latest products, trends, and company policies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service interactions.
  • Support promotional campaigns and product launches by engaging customers and providing product knowledge.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
