Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare various types of payment sheets such as salary, overtime/allowance sheets, festival bonus, earned leave encashment, annual increment, lunch bill, etc.
Monitor and reconcile daily attendance across multiple shifts (Day/Night).
Supervise the calculation of Overtime (OT), ensuring they align with production floor logs and labor law limits.
Ensure all payroll practices comply with the Local Labor Act and international buyer code of conducts (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX)
Maintain updated records of minimum wage adjustments as per government gazettes.
Prepare the monthly employee separation list and ensure final settlement as per company policy.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Collaborate with HRIS/ERP systems to ensure payroll data accuracy.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and IT departments for payroll integration.
Coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement via bank or cash.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Proficiency in payroll software Logic
MS Office Courses and Certifications

Experience Requirements

4 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry, Textile

Candidates with a PGD in HRM will be given preference.
