Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans
Identify growth opportunities in domestic and export markets
Drive revenue maximization and profitability improvement initiatives
Lead yarn sales operations (Cotton, PC, CVC, Melange, Specialty yarns, etc.)
Expand international markets across Asia, Europe, USA, and emerging regions
Establish strategic partnerships with key buyers and trading houses
Monitor global cotton and yarn market trends to guide pricing decisions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with global and local buyers
Lead price negotiations, contract finalization, and commercial terms
Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective resolution of claims
Closely coordinate with Production, Planning, Commercial, and Finance departments
Ensure on-time order execution and shipment compliance
Oversee receivables management and credit control
Monitor inventory turnover and optimize sales mix
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
Establish KPIs and performance management systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

At least 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 40 to 55 years
Only Male
10–18 years of progressive experience in textile marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a spinning mill.
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Sound knowledge of export procedures and documentation
Market forecasting and analytical ability
Leadership and strategic decision-making skills
