Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a competent and experienced Director of Loss Prevention to lead and manage the security and loss prevention operations of the property. The position will ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets by implementing effective security procedures, conducting investigations, and maintaining compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Manage and supervise daily security and loss prevention operations.
Ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, and hotel property.
Implement emergency procedures related to fire, accidents, medical emergencies, and other incidents.
Conduct investigations on security incidents, accidents, or property losses and prepare reports.
Maintain security logs, patrol reports, and other required documentation.
Monitor the property through patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety.
Identify potential risks and recommend preventive measures to reduce hazards.
Lead, train, and guide the loss prevention/security team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Coordinate with local law enforcement authorities when necessary.
Handle security-related guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Conduct safety awareness and training programs for employees.

Educational Requirements

Masters
Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Security Service, Shipping

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Only Male
Major or above (or Equivalent Designation) in the Bangladesh Army/Nevy/Air-Force.
Experience in hotel or hospitality industry security operations will be an advantage.
