Job Description / Responsibility

Take full responsibility for sample development from tech pack
to final approval
Manage and supervise the entire sample development process
Ensure accurate garment specifications, measurements, and fitting standards
Conduct fit analysis and provide technical solutions for corrections
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and fit consistency
Maintain quality standards as per buyer requirements
Perform fabric analysis, shrinkage control, and seam engineering evaluation
Collaborate with designers, merchandising, and production teams to resolve technical challenges
Ensure compliance with buyer and industry production standards
Lead and guide technical teams or development units
Handle buyer technical communication confidently (EU/US market)

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or related field

Experience Requirements

7 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Strong skills in Pattern Making, Garment Fitting, and Sample Development
Expertise in Garment Construction and Textile Materials (Woven & Knit)
Experience in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)
Proficiency in CAD software for pattern design
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Deep understanding of fit engineering, seam engineering, and fabric behavior
Minimum 7–12 years of experience in garment manufacturing and technical development
Experience working with structured EU/US buyers
Proven experience in leading technical teams or development units
