Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
We are a reputed group of knit garments factories seeking highly skilled and result-driven Manager – Marketing & Merchandising to join our dynamic team. The selected candidates must have the ability to onboard direct buyers and manage the entire buyer relationship independently from inquiry to shipment.
Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard direct buyers for knit garments.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term buyer relationships.
Negotiate prices, lead times, and order terms with buyers.
Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality.
Monitor and manage the merchandising team’s day-to-day activities.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and product trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular reports for management.
Resolve buyer concerns effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Experience in Knit Garments Marketing & Merchandising, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of onboarding direct buyers and managing accounts independently.
Sound knowledge of knit garments manufacturing processes, costing, and production timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
