Job Description / Responsibility
- Sales Generation: Identify, target, and acquire new clients through proactive marketing and networking to build a robust pipeline.
- Site Viewings & Promotion: Arrange and conduct property site visits to showcase apartment features, and host open houses to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, contract terms, and payment plans, closing deals to meet or exceed monthly/annual revenue goals.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all land transactions comply with legal requirements and collaborate with legal/finance teams.
- Identify and contact potential apartment buyers (individuals, businesses, investors)
- Present apartment projects, location advantages, and pricing details
- Conduct site visits and property tours for clients
- Explain legal documents, ownership details, and payment plans
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and legal teams
- Maintain records of leads, calls, and transactions
- Convert leads into confirmed sales
- Deliver a premium client experience to enhance brand loyalty.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 27 to 35 years
- Only Male
- 3-4 years of experience in apartment sales.
- In-depth understanding of apartment sales processes, property registration, and mutation procedures.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client portfolios and field visits.
- Proficiency in basic legal understanding of apartment-related matters.
- Knowledge of real estate trends, property laws, and the local market.
