Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare all kinds of vouchers and record daily transactions in the ERP system.
Check documents/ instruments and arrange payment as per approval.
Maintain the required database and prepare reports regularly.
Prepare cash budget as per requirement.
Prepare L/C documents, collect acceptance, and documents negotiation with the bank.
Prepare and update Export L/C due status and follow-up to collect a payment within maturity.
Follow-up import payment & ensure payment at maturity.
Prepare the work order per management approval and submit it to the party.
Record all cash and bank transactions and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Preparation for Sales Invoices and recognition of sales.
Aging controls both AR and AP.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
BBA/MBA (Accounting/Finance) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 35 years
Sound knowledge and understanding of Expenditure Nature with analytical skills.
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Positive work ethic and results-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good in MS Excel, Tally and experience in ERP environment.
