Job Description / Responsibility
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure day to day compliance requirements like PPE, machine safety, fire and electrical safety, hazard free workplace etc.
  • Ensure factory compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer Code of Conduct, and international standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.).
  • Prepare and update all kinds of audit and compliance related documents like file, policy, training records and registers
  • Ensure all statutory documents and licenses are updated and properly displayed
  • Monitor production floors and coordinate with each departmental responsible for maintaining housekeeping up to mark around the factory
  • Implement the buyer and internal audit CAP as per seniors guidelines
  • Coordinate with different buyers social projects, events management of the factory

Educational Requirements
  • Graduation in HRM/ Management
  • Having PGD in HRM/Compliance can apply with other backgrounds.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Spinning, Textile

Additional Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer compliance standards
  • Ability to work under pressure during audits.
  • Strong ethical standards and attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving and coordination skills
