Job Description / Responsibility

Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Support recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding).
Maintain employee personal files and HR database properly.
Prepare appointment letters and other HR-related documents.
Assist in payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
Support performance appraisal and KPI tracking process.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing training, engagement programs, and company events.
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor law requirements.
Support disciplinary processes.
Support HR audits and inspections.
Assist in inventory management and other administrative work
Coordinate with other departments for HR-related matters
Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Only Male
Basic knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR practices.
Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
