Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensure proper raw material management, process control, and production quality in a modern woven jacket factory.
• Monitor and follow up on quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the production process.
• Develop and implement new quality improvement plans to achieve superior product standards.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure maximum productivity with optimum quality.
• Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
• Work closely with technical and production teams to ensure product quality and achievement of production targets.
• Manage daily quality control and assurance operations and continuously improve quality standards.
• Implement cost-effective production and quality strategies without compromising product quality.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop new quality assurance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Provide guidance, training, and skill development for the quality team and production staff.
• Analyze customer feedback and buyer requirements to ensure products meet expectations.
• Maintain detailed quality reports, production records, and operational data for management review.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management as required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Textile Engineering
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Fashion Designing

Experience Requirements

10 to 12 years
