Job Description / Responsibility

Manage the end-to-end process of obtaining construction permits, environmental clearances, and occupancy certificates from government bodies (like: RAJUK, City Corporation, REHAB etc.).
Maintain up-to-date documentation on project records, compliance certificates, and legal files.
Serve as the primary contact for regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries and facilitating inspections.
Identify potential regulatory issues in new projects and develop mitigation strategies to avoid litigation or work stoppages.
Review promotional materials to ensure disclosures regarding project area, timelines, and amenities are accurate and comply with legal requirements.
Monitor changes in zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations to advise management on impacts.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and clinical affairs, to gather information for regulatory submissions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
